Icon For Hire Saint Louis Concert reviews
Rocked it!
Out of Seattle, the great Unknowns Windowpane were loved by me! Reminded me of Y&T... Going to look for their CD next payday. Icon For Hire and the boys were rock solid, playing a mix of tunes from most if not all their albums on a 30th anniversary tour. Hard to believe Icon For Hire's voice is as good today as it ever was... maybe better?? Even in Denver's thinner air, he belted out every tune like it was nothing! Hard to believe he has been rocking out a range of vocals that should have trashed his voice, and yet didn't. Way to go, guys- you all rocked Denver! Loved singing at the top of my lungs to the old favorites, and hearing some things for the first time! Only down-side... as a 22 yr veteran I appreciate the sentiments towards the troops... but... it was a little bit of a party buzz-kill. A little heavy too, again. Totally appreciated.
